This year we are offering several registration options for the symposium.

General Registration Types

There are three general registration types available for the Symposium: Member, Non-Member, Student. To be eligible for the Member rates you must be a paid member of the OAS, OBHS or CKBHS in good standing for 2018. To be eligible for the Student rates you must be a student member of the OAS in good standing 2018. The Non-Member rates are for anyone who is not a current member of the OAS. Please note that you do have the option of registering as a new member or renewing a lapsed membership before completing the Symposium registration to be eligible for the reduced rates.

Early Bird Registration

If you register before September 30th, you are eligible for Early Bird Registration Discounts.

Green Registration Option

In an effort to reduce the waste associated with the Symposium, we are offering a 'Green Registration' option. With this option you would not receive a tote bag, associated materials, or hard copy of the conference program. You would have access to all of the digital materials associated with the Symposium. The choice to 'go green' is encouraged and reflected in a reduction in  registration costs, and are also eligible with the Early Bird Registration rates.

Daily Rates

If you would like to attend only a single day of the Symposium. Daily rates can be completed using the paper form or paid at the front table on the day you are attending.
